Durga Puja, the national festival of the Bengali&#;s of India, was filled with joy by the Bengali&#;s in Sharadiya Puja. So is the joy of this puja of Bengali&#;s not only in the purchase of clothes, but also in the joy of all, as the writers express their collected stories, novels, delightful compositions, poems, dramas, etc. at the beginning of this Durga Puja festival.
The owners of Bengali newspapers published special numbers in this puja. Anandabazar Patrika is one of the largest international quality Bengali magazines from all over India and also in foreign markets.

পথিক গুহ: নাহ্। আমার খুব ভালো ছাত্র হওয়ার ইচ্ছে ছিল। ভালো Result করার ইচ্ছে ছিল! আমার career graph টা আমি এরকম ভেবে রেখেছিলাম। গবেষণা করবো।
খ বাবু: আপনার জন্ম কলকাতাতেই?
পথিক গুহ : নাহ, আমার জন্ম বাংলাদেশে । কিন্তু আমার যখন একমাস বয়স তখন বাবা-মা আমাকে নিয়ে পালিয়ে আসে স্বাধীন ভারতবর্ষে। আমার দাদা already তখনই কলকাতা শহরের কলেজে পড়তেন। আমার দাদার সঙ্গে আমার বয়সের Difference অনেক, প্রায় ২২ বৎসর। আমার দাদার ১০ বছর পরে আমার দিদির জন্ম, তার ১২ বছর পরে আমার জন্ম। তো আমার দাদা তখন কলেজের ছাত্র। দাদা বাবাকে চিঠি লিখেছিল যে, ওকে নিয়ে আমাদের সংসার পথে বেরোলো, তো ওর নাম থাক পথিক। আমাকে অনেকেই জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, আমার নামটা ছদ্মনাম কিনা! আমি বলি, ছদ্মনাম নয়, এটা একেবারেই বাবার দেওয়া &#; মানে দাদার দেওয়া নাম, বাবার সেটা পছন্দ হয়েছিল। বাংলাদেশের স্মৃতি আমার কিছুই মনে নেই।আমি বড় হয়েছি North Bengal এর গ্রামে । তো গ্রামের যেমন School হয়, সেই School এ আমি First হতাম। তখন আমার ধারনা ছিল যে, আমি কেউকেটা একজন।
